What is Processing Time?

After you place your order, we perform Quality Control checks and tests to ensure the product’s quality before shipping. The processing time can vary by product, but it generally takes about 2 business days.

• Shipping times can be affected by public holidays, and couriers may have limited operations during those times, which is beyond our control. Regular service resumes right after each holiday.

• Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We can only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) using the Standard Shipping method.

• Shipments to remote areas may incur extra logistics fees as per the shipping company’s policy. Thank you for understanding!

• The shipping times provided are estimates from our courier companies. Delays can happen due to factors outside our control, but please know that Mo Fashion will do its best to minimize any issues.
